Processed wood is a kind of wooden materials that have undergo high temperature, high pressure and gluing process. Thus, the pallet and crate made of processed wood doesn’t need heat treatment or fumigation before exporting. It has complying to ISPM 15 rules and regulation. There are too many types of processed wood. After our long period of studying, we have narrow down the range of processed wood type. Currently, we are focus on LVL, Plywood, MDF, OSB and HDF.
Besides the cost saving from treatment cost, pallet and crate made from processed wood are less have got pests and fungus issue. These advantages attributed to its low moisture content and the material’s making process.
